Destn: Tinker Air Force Base Ok 73145-3032. Delivery: 31 JAN 04. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 6 Nov 02. The anticipated award date will be 15 Jan 2003. Written procedure will be used for this solicitation. This will be a small business set-aside procurement. To: E.A. Patten Co. (CAGE:05819), Kreisler Ind. Corp. (CAGE:05813). No telephone requests.
