Description
NA Sole Source: The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona has a requirement for synopsis/solicitation of commercial items designed in accordance with special requirements in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations, as supplemen ted with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The assign ed SIC Code is 3679, NAICS 334513, 500 employees or less. The U.S. Army Proving Ground (YPG) has a requirement for 28 each Parallel Connector Boards, ID Quad Board, #220400 and 28 each ID Quad Boards, Ext Ref, 12 Bit/ 4096; 220100-W200 ID Quad Board. The ID Quad Board is a piece of electronic circuitry that is designed to take servo/synchro output and convert it into standard digital Quadrature. The Digital Quadrature is the standard means by which COTS position feedback systems provide positional data t o servo control system. The KTM upgrade project requires a complete overhaul/replacement of the service control mechanism. Farrand Controls is the Manufacturer and sole distributor of this electronic design as well as obtain the proprietary rights to th e upgrade; all parts must be form, fit and function to the already existing system. Commercial Item; 52.215.5 Facsimile Proposal; FOB Destination; DFARS 252-212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Execu tive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items. Your proposal shall include legal company name, business size, Duns number, Ca ge Code, TAX ID number and Contractors Certifications IAW commercial items clauses above the pricing information.
