Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Advanced Systems Center in Reston, VA intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to KODAK, 1447 St. Paul Street, Rochester NY, for the period from date of award through 9/30/03 formaintenance service for the Versamat Film Processor, #K390-7025, Model 11-C-M. There is no written solicitation for this requirement. It is coded "No Solicitation Number - 03ER03". NOTICE FOR THE ONE YEAR MAINTENANCE SERVICE FOR THE VERSAMAT FILM PROCESSOR IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested vendors may identify their capability by responding to edodson@usgs.gov or fax to (703) 648-7367, attn: E. Dodson. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid within 5 days after the publication of this announcement in-which will be considered by the Government. The anticipated award date is October 30, 2002. The NAISC code is 541990. A determination not to continue with this acquisition is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. No additional synopsis will be published.
