Description
This is a sources sought seeking information for the following: A vendor product to provide an Embedded Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) Receiver (EIR) capability for reception and decryption of near-real-time threat and target information to tactical users. The vendor product shall simultaneously receive and decrypt independent national/tactical broadcast channels, which include the IBS Simplex (IBS S) and Interactive (IBS I) broadcasts, covering a minimum frequency range of 240-270 MHz. The vendor product will be used in conjunction with a host workstation, personal computer, and/or laptop. It shall be interface compliant with standard computer bus specifications. The vendor product shall support a minimum of four channels with independent channel isolation. Multiple cards may be operated in the host to provide additional channel receive capacity within one host system. Furthermore, the vendor product requires a Type 1 decryption device that is NSA accredited. Interested sources are required to have Secret security clearances, a COMSEC account, and be able to provide secure facilities for production. The government will not consider Proprietary information. Information submitted in response to this announcement does not constitute a proposal, but will be considered an exchange of capabilities and ideas.
