- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, South Central Regional Office, Dallas, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of providing Drug Abuse Treatment, Education, and Evaluation Services and Female Offenders Treatment Services for female inmates at the Federal Prison Camp in Bryan, Texas. The contractor shall either (1) be an individual who holds a Ph.D. in Clincal Psychology from a doctoral program accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA) AND eho is currently licensed in the State of Texas AND who will provide direct services at FPC Bryan OR (2) be an APA accredited doctoral program in Clincal Psychology which provides students who are enrolled in a course of study which will yield a Ph.D. AND who are under the direct supervision of faculty who hold a Ph.D. in Clincal Psychology from an APA accredited doctoral program AND are licensed as a Psychologist in the State of Texas. The contract type is a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery/requirements contract. The contract period consists of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The estiamted quantities will be the same for all contract periods: Drug Abuse Treatment, Education, and Evaluation - 1,500 one hour sessions per contract period; Female Offenders Treatment Services - 1,000 one hour sessions per contract period. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 7, 2002, and will be solely distributed through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is on or about December 5, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered.
