- Contractors shall quote Brand Name/Part Number EC776QT (Adhesive, Fuel Resistive, Quart size only, manufactured by 3M-Minnesota Mining and MFG. Quantity: 1,440 Quarts total. 120 Quarts shall be delivered per month beginning December 2002 and ending November 2003. Delivery location is: HAZMAT Storage, 355 Fourth St. Bldg #340, ROBINS AFB, GA 31098-1860. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ)FB206722839357. Oral procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. NAICS is 325520 and small business size is 500 employees. Assets shall be delivered FOB Destination.
