Description

REQUIREMENT: General Services Administration is Interested in Leasing Approximately 9,000 Occupiable Square of Office Space With 6,000 Square Feet of Warehouse Space and 8,000 Square Feet of Wareyard Space for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Reserved Parking For 10 Vehicles is Required On Site. Under The Current Lease Term Expiring July 16, 2003, the Government is Interested in Considering Alternative Space If Economically Advantageous. The Cost of Moving, Alterations, Telecommunications Relocation, etc., Will Be Taken Into Consideration When Deciding Whether to Relocate. UNIQUE REQUIREMENTS: Two Loading Docks Into The Warehouse Area OCCUPANCY: Newly Acquired Space Should be Ready for Occupancy by July 17, 2003. LOCATION: Within The City Limits of San Antonio, TX LEASE TERM: 5 Year Firm Term EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1) Building Name and Address 2) Square Footage Offered 3) Method of Measurement Used To Determine Occupiable Square Feet. 4) Name, Address, and Telephone Number of Individual To Be Contacted 5) Evidence of Authority To Represent The Owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In No Event Shall The Offeror Enter Into Negotiations Concerning The Space To Be Leased With Representatives of Federal Agencies Other Than The Officers and Employees of General Services Administration. Submittals May Be Faxed Or Mailed And Must Be Received No Later Than December 1, 2002.
