- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) has a requirement to modify, test, maintain, and document the Acquisition Planning and Execution (APEX) system. The Acquisition Planning and Execution (APEX) system is a web-based system that allows users to electronically develop, save, route for review and approval, and/or print a complete task order requirements package using either Netscape or Internet Explorer browsers. In addition, APEX guides customers through the process of scoring contractors' proposals in a Fair Opportunity acquisition scenario. The tool will enable customers to enter a single application (a web browser) and access the form templates they need to develop a requirements package that includes the Statement of Work, the Independent Government Cost Estimate, the funding document, contracting checklist, and other documents, as applicable. Only Federal Supply Schedule holders will be considered for award. Specifically, contractors holding GSA schedules under Schedule 70, SIN numbers 132-51 and 132-32. The period of performance will be one base year and two additional option years. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) and Statement of Work (SOW) documents can be obtained by e-mail request to bakers@ncr.disa.mil. Hard copies will not be provided.
