- Description: See numbered notes 1, 9, and 26. NSN 2540-01-184-5503 ? Nozzle, Windshield Washer. used on AM General M998(HMMWV) Series Trucks. Exception to drawing 12338846: Material to be in accordance with ASTM D5927, designation TPES0110G15A44150, TPES0110G20A44150, or TPES0110G30A5260. Marking the unit package in lieu of plastic or metal tag is acceptable. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) drawing 12338846 and all related data. Estimated annual quantity is 18,236 each to be shipped to various stock locations within CONUS. The FOB is destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp on its issue date 11/13/02. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. This is an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract. A written quotation is required.
