Description

This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items (non-personal services) issued by the 509th Contracting Squadron, Whiteman AFB, Missouri. This document was prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This electronic solicitation is the only solicitation being issued, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is F23606-03-Q-0002. The NAICS code 333315 applies to this solicitation. The small business size standard is 500. The item description is as follows: Line Item #0001 Provide all labor, tools, materials, and transportation necessary to provide a quantity of two (2) Kodak RP X-Omat Processor, Model M6B, Kodak Catalog number 8059495. Line Item #0002, a quantity of one (1) Service Manual for Line Item #0001, Kodak Catalog number 8419392 End of Item Description. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items. FAR 52.247-34 F.O.B (Freight on Board) Destination. The provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications applies to this solicitation and the offeror must include a completed copy of the provision with their proposal. The clause at 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference applies to this solicitation.
