- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are b eing requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Solicitation No. DAHA4703Q0101 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Cir cular 02-09. The NAICS for this procurement is 334220 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. this solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. Requirem ent is for 1 each multiband, multimission manpack radio P/N: AN/PRC-117F. The part number listed is by Harris Corporation, however 'OR EQUAL' quoting is acceptable. FOB Point: Milwaukee, WI. the provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercia l, applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, must be included with offer. The following FAR clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, the following blocks apply and have check marks 11, 12,13, 14, 15, 16, 19 alt I, 21, and 24. the Government anticipates a single firm-fixed price award purchase order. Companies wishing to respond to this solicitation should provide this office with the following: price quote on company letterhead, include the solicitation number, unit price and extended price . FOB, estimated freight, prompt payment terms, ordering and, GSA contract number if applicable, completed copy of FAR 52.212-3.
