- NA PRON: AX2T1164AX, NSN: 5120-01-111-0771, PN: 21C7060G01, Quantity: 40 each applicable to the UH-60 Turbine Engine (T-700). This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. F.O.B. Origin is required with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article requirements is 40 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery of First Article Test Report is 228 DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 40 each 240 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. A copy of all pertinent technical data will be provided with the solicitation, on Compact Disk, to all qualified vendors upon request. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the da te stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332212 for this acquisition, and the number of employees is li mited to 500. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.?
