- For those interested in the above solicitation, #K002813034, please be advised the announcement has been changed from a Buy Indian set aside, as mentioned in the original sources sought notice, to open and unrestricted competition. Further, the new solicitation number is RBK00030009. This RFQ is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In this effort, the successful bidder will facilitate meetings with Indian Affairs and Indian Tribes in support of the continued development of IA eGovernment Implementation. This will include the completion of a foundation for eGov/GPEA Implementation, and eGov/GPEA Analysis and Assessment, an eGov/GPEA Business Plan, and a strategy for deployment. Complete details are in the statement of work along with the RFQ. Open and Closing Response Date: 23 October 2002 through 8 November 2002 Contract Award Amount: TBA - Contract Line Item Number: TBA Contract Award Date: On or before 6 December 2002 Contractor: TBA Dates and Places of Delivery: Place of delivery is the Washington, DC metro area, BIA Regional Offices, and at other locations that may facilitate meetings with the Tribes involved.
