- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis software support and updates for Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Software from Telelogic North America, Inc. Telelogic is the sole developer and designer of this software, and holds proprietary rights in providing support of DOORS Software. This action is in support of legacy applications and/or systems with respect to NMCI. The contract shall be a firm fixed priced contract for a 12-month period. FOB Destination shall apply. The quotation number is N00178-03-Q-1002. This procurement is DO priority rated. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, this synopsis will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply. DoD wi ll no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR Web site at http://www.ccr2000.com.
