Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with the Society of Nuclear Medicine for a licensing agreement for the publication, reproduction, and distribution of a manuscript, entitled "Nuclear Regulatory Commission Regulation of Nuclear Medicine: How Diagnostic Nuclear Medicine Licensees can Comply with the Newly Revised Regulations in 10 CFR Part 35 (WORK)." The license agreement will grant the NRC an unlimited, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, display, and distribute the "Work" in any print or electronic media including posting to the NRC website. The document is copyrighted by the Society of Nuclear Medicine. As such, they are the only available source that can provide guidance that is specific to uses under 10 CFR Part 35.100 and 35.200. Interested firms must submit written capability statements demonstrating their ability to perform the required services to the above address not later than 30 calendar days from the date this announcement appears in the Federal Business Opportunities. Capability statements that do not fully demonstrated the respondent's ability to satisfy the requirements above will not be considered.
