- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), is seeking qualified sources capable of providing Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service/Senior Level (DISES/DISL) human resources support to the DIA Command Element (Director and Deputy Director) in the areas of: a.) DISES/DISL policy establishment (including for staffing, development, performance management, compensation and adverse actions) b.) Statutory, regulatory, and policy advice and counsel on same c.) Staffing of DISES/DISL positions (drafting and classifying of position descriptions, drafting and posting of job opportunity announcements, and filling of executive vacancies, and d.) general administration of DISES/DISL HR matters (preparation of statistical and demographic reports and advisories, maintenance of assignment preference books, administration of probation periods, processing of personnel actions, maintenance of official personnel folders, and administration of performance appraisal and compensation programs. Interested parties have 15 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/capabilities. This synopsis is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute a solicitation for bids/proposals. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this announcement. Any responses to this notice should be limited to ten pages and should be pertinent and specific to the executive management human resources support required. Submissions should address the following qualifications: past organizational experience in executive/general/flag officer level human resource administration, key staff that would work on the contract, and past performance for similar work. Respondents should include information, to include information demonstrating the contractor?s ability to provide the aforementioned requirements. Please indicate business size and whether the company holds a GSA Schedule for the required services. Responses must be received by COB 12 Nov 02.
