- FISC NORVA Detachment Philadelphia intends to solicit for administrative and urinalysis collection support services at the Naval Air Technical Training Center, Pensacola, FL. The required services will include but are not limited to the management and operation of the following functions: administrative; correspondence; mail; message processing; office automation; personal security clearance support; directives, forms, publications, records, and reports management; travel orders; urinalysis collection, and other general functions. Placement of a Firm Fixed Price contract for one base year and four option years is anticipated. This acquisition will be set aside 100% for small business. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program Procedures for Commercial Items. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will require the submission of a technical and a price proposal. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation for consideration by FISC NORVA Detachment Philadelphia. The RFQ will be available electronically upon its release at www.neco.navy.mil. Numbered Note No. 1 is applicable.
