This commercial acquisition is unrestricted. All large and small business concerns regardless of size, may submit an offer. It is for the competitive award of a five-year fixed price requirements contract. An Economic Price Adjustment may or may not be included in the solicitation. The delivery period is from 01 February 2003 through 31 January 2008. Line Item: 0001, Liquid Nitrogen, Type II, Grade B, in accordance with MIL-PRF-27401D dated 03 Oct 1995, NSN: 9135-00-965-2526. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 39,146 TONS for the five year period. Line Item: 0002, Services, Tank Lease, will require the contractor to provide, install, and maintain five (5) storage tanks of approximately 13,000 gallons each. This procurement action is to support Lockheed Martin, Newtown, PA. FOB is Destination, into contractor-owned storage tanks.
