Original manufacturer's commercial unit packaging is required. Repackaging is not authorized. This is a Commercial Item and Unrestricted. QAP 251 applies. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Special Marking: Code ZZ. Sole Source Item. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the Procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Line Item 0001 Estimated Quantity is 110, 30 days ARO, AQ5, Tracy, CA, Line 0002 Estimated Quantity is 110, 30 days ARO, SNG- New Cumberland, PA, Line Item 0003 Estimated Quantity is 330, 15 Days ARO, DVD Direct Vendor Delivery. Solicitation is Unrestricted. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision maybe based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This Contract will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with an option of four (4) option years. The solicitation will issue on November 15, 2002 with a Closing Date of December.
