- PR No: LTC 02284002529; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Breather, Cover Terminal for the C-130 Aircraft. This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a base year and four option years. The NSN is 1620-00-628-7131 and Annual Estimated Quantities are: 468 each base year and 468 each per Option year. Delivery: FOB Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, Required delivery is 100 Days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Reference notes 23 and 26. Electronic bulletin board and Internet quoting system quotes are not acceptable for this solicitation.
