- The Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Netscan iPublishing, Inc., 803 W. Broad St., Suite 110, Falls Church, VA 22046 for the renewal of maintenance and license coverage on GESCAN-S and GESCAN TAP. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been certified, justified, and approved for this acquisition. This requirement will be accomplished through Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. No solicitation is available. The closing date is November 13, 2002.
