Description: The Department of Justice, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, FAR 13.106-1(b), intends to award a sole-source Purchase Order for items incidental to the procurement of a multi-million dollar acquisition under GSA Contract. These items are offered by NCR Government Systems Corporation in kit form for the installation of a NCR 5300 System. This notice is not a request for quotations (RFQ)and a RFQ solicitation will not be issued. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses must be received at the address above by COB 10/31/2002.
