- NA The US Army Corps of Engineers intends to procure Maintenance Dredging of Shark River Channel, New Jersey. The project consists to perfrom maintenance dredging of the removal and satisfactory disposal of approximately 70,000 cubic yard of channel sediment except ledge rock lying above the planes of 18 ft., below mean low water with 2ft. allowable overdepth. The dredging material will be placed on the beach at Avon by the Sea. The estimated date for the availability of plans and specifications will be ava ilable on or about 28 October 2002. The estimated date for bid opening will be on or about 29 November 2002 at 11:00 AM EST at US Army Corps of Engineer, 26 Federal Plaza, Room 1843, New York, NY 10278-0090. The estimated time for project completion will be 25 calendar days. The NAICS code for this project is 237990. To obtain the solicitation document CD-Rom, mail check or money orders payable to FAO USAED, New York in the amount of $10.00 per set (non-refundable) to US Army Corps of Engineers, 26 Fede ral Plaza, Room 1843, New York, NY 10278-0090, Attn: Jacqueline Daly.
