- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst (NAWCADLKE), New Jersey intends to contract sole source with The Boeing Company, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO, to procure one production copy of Combined Interrogator (CIT) (AN/APX-111) WRA and SRA OTPSs for the F/A-18C/D Aircraft for the Finnish Air Force (FAF). The Navy intends to procure the aforementioned Support Equipment (SE) as part of the base contract with one option line item via a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement Number N68335-02-G-3117 as follows: Item 0001, Production Copy of CIT Receiver/Transmitter and Control Position (BFN) OTPS, P/N 74D060301-1001, Quantity 1 EA; Item 0002, Production Copy of CIT Receiver/Transmitter SRA OTPS, P/N 74D060045-1001, Quantity 1 EA; Item 0003, Provisioning Technical Document (PTD) for Items 0001 and 0002, Quantity 1 LO; Item 0004, Engineering and Technical Services for Sustaining Engineering and Logistics, Quantity NTE 400 Hours; Item 0005, Parts/Materials/Travel/per Diem in support of Item 0004, Quantity 1 LO; Item 0006, Travel/per Diem in support of Items 0001 and 0002, Quantity 1 LO; Item 0007, On-Site Verification; Item 0007AA On-Site Verification for Items 0001 and 0002, Quantity 1 LO; Item 0007AB On-Site Verification Report for Item 0007AA; Item 0008 (Option), One Set of Spares for Items 0001 and 0002. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, The Boeing Company is the "only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirements". Any firms that recognize and produce the required items are encouraged to identify themselves. A determination by the Government whether or not to open the requirement for competition based on the responses to this notice is entirely within the discretion of the Government.
