- The purpose of this Amendment 001, for Facility Operation & Maintenance Support is to provide a date for a formal Site Visit to the Fort Worth, TX Facility. A site visit will take place on October 31, 2002 at 9:00 A.M.. All interested parties must submit in writing to Christina.tayman@bep.treas.gov or facsimile 202-874-2200 the exact names of visiting personnel by 12:00 P.M. eastern standard time on October 30, 2002. Interested parties are reminded that this is a Federal Facility and entrance will require a picture ID. Use of cameras and recorders are prohibited. Phone requests will not be honored. The date for the proposal remains unchanged and is due no later than close of business November 21, 2002.
