- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency, intends to solicit and negotiate with Moloney Coachbuilders, Inc. on a sole source basis to award a contract for ballistic glass panels on an armored Suburban Sport Utility Vehicle. If no affirmative written documentation, technical specifications, and pricing are received within 5 days of this synopsis challenging the intended award, to the effect that a comparable source is available or that it is more advantageous, a contract will be established with Moloney Coachbuilders, Inc., 6755 S. Belt Circle Drive, Bedford Park, IL 60638. Vendors MUST include an email address or facsimile number, if available, in their correspondence. Telephone requests SHALL NOT be accepted.
