- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is F09607-01-T-0017 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-02, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 96-4. This firm fixed price RFQ is set aside for small business. For informational purposes The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3563. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333912. The small business size is 500 employees. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating is C9E. The offeror shall provide a signed offer for the purchase and installation of the following line item(s): 0001 Trailer Mounted Breathing Air Compressor, Diesel / Electric Powered. Mako 5480BA-DT or equivalent. Quantity: 1 each To include the following two (2) options: Option 1. Dual Drive 30 HP Diesel Engine Plus A 20 HO 230V/60HZ/3 Phase Electric. . Motor. Quantity: 1 each Option 2. M4890 CO monitor System with Auto Calibration system. Quantity: 1 each DELIVERY: Delivery is required two (2) WEEKS after receipt of order (ARO) and shall be delivered to Moody AFB, GA 31699 for acceptance. FOB: Destination. The listed Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference. All FAR clauses may be viewed in full text via the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/; Federal Acquisition Regulation Table of Contents: FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items. A request for quotation (RFQ) should be submitted containing the following information: RFQ number, name, address, telephone number; terms of the expressed warranty, price, discount terms, terms of the expressed warranty, acknowledgement of all amendments (if applicable), and all other documents specified herein. The offer must be signed. The offer must indicate quantity, unit price, and total amount for each item. Offerors shall include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions addressed in the solicitation. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation ?Commercial Items. The government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced offer. FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Offeror(s) are required to submit a complete copy of 52.212-3 with their offer, which can be downloaded from the Internet or requested in writing via fax at 229-257-4032. Offerors that fails to furnish the required representation information or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration.
