Solicitation (RFP) Number: N00189-02-R-0015 This modification is hereby issued to notify interested parties that the complete RFP package will be available on or about 3 May 2002 and can be obtained by downloading the documents at the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (Neco) Website as follows: http://neco.navy.mil (winzipped word document). The solicitation will also be made available for download at the FedBizzops website: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ (word document - not winzipped). The new response date has been changed to on or about 7 June 2002.
