Description

Seeking sources interested in providing statewide commercial facilities managment for the state of Kentucky (approximately 11 buildings). Services include, but are not limited to, janitorial, operation and maintenance. The expected length of the contract is 9 years (3 year base plus 2 three year options) and the estimated cost is approximately $11 million. Buildings are located in Louisville, Bowling Green, Paducah, Owensboro, Lexington, Frankfurt, Covington, Pikeville, London and Corbin. Please submit responses via e:mail or facsimile ONLY.
