- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information contained in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The NAICS code is 421430 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), under the National Institutes of Health to procure the following Brand Name items on all or none lowest cost basis. 1. On Command CCM V5.1.1 for PC Management (475 each) 2. On Command Remote V.3.8 (475 each) 3. Centennial Discovery (475 each) 4. CCM Standard Support annual ( 1476 each) 5.
