- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is FE441822680282 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333412 with a 500 employee size standard. Contractors shall submit a lump sum proposal for the item including product specifications. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Furnish and deliver Pistorius brand or equal dust collector, 2 horsepower, 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 cycle, 1,200 CFM. Provide the following accessories; 1 each outdoor enclosure for the unit, 2 each 6 inch ID x 24 inch long steel duct pipe, 1 each 6 inch adjustable elbow, 1 each 6 inch x 4 inch x 4 inch reducing Y, 1 each 4 inch ID x 12 foot long flexible rubber hose, 4 each adjustable hose clamps. Delivery to Charleston Air Force Base, South Carolina. (See attached statement of work). The following clauses and provisions are incorporated and will remain in full force in any resultant award. . Price- The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes for the total price for the requirement. Technical and price factors, when combined, are equal.
