Description

The subject acquisition is to deliver the required equipment and supplies when requested (by Call) under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to McConnell AFB, Kansas, 67221 in a minimum amount of time: not to exceed 7 workdays. This requirement is for Desert Camouflage Uniforms and other associated desert camouflage equipment such as hats, Steel Toed Boots, Body Armor, Air Force rank insignia, A-3 bags, web belt, goggles, canteen cover, LBE suspenders, ammo pouches, floppy hats and helmet covers. This is not a complete list. A complete list of equipment will be included in the solicitation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 44819. The estimated performance period is 01 Dec 02 to 30 Sep 07. The Government requests interested parties who are small businesses to respond to the Government point of contact to plan for the acquisition competition. Request for proposal contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. BPA cannot be awarded to a contractor not registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. This request is for information only; it does not constitute a proposal and does not obligate the Government in any way. Responses are due no later than close of business 08 November 2002. Should the Government decide to issue a Solicitation it will be an all-electronic solicitation release. No hard copies will be mailed. Solicitation and Amendments will be posted to http://www.eps.gov ESTIMATED REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RELEASE DATE: 18 November 2002. ESTIMATED PROPOSAL CLOSING DATE: 29 NOVEMBER 2002. It is the responsibility of each Offeror to review the web page for notice of Solicitation, amendments, updates or changes to current information.
