Description

Provide Janitorial & Related Services at the JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street and the USPO Loop Station, 211 S. Clark Street, Chicago, Illinois. The approximate building cleaning area for these locations are 1,106,276 square feet for JCK and 212,000 square feet for USPO. These figures are estimates only. Potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the sites of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. The performance period is one (1) year with four (4) one-year options, with an estimated start date of July 1, 2003. Specifications will be available on or about November 19, 2002. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the Internet site http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). It is the offeror?s responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents. All relevant information relating to the incumbent contractor will be found in the solicitation, on GSA Form 1602. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720 and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. The proposed procurement is set-aside for 8(a) businesses.
