Description

THE FOLLOWING IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE LEASE: THE LOCATION SHALL BE: BOUNDED BY CLAIRMONT, ATLANTA EXPRESSWAY, CENTURY CENTER AND MCJENKLIN DRIVE. As an alternative to seeking new space the government will negotiate with the lessor at the current location for approximately 26,490 rentable square feet which equates to 30,464 BOMA usable square feet of office, food service, conference room and training rooms with twenty-five surface parking spaces. City Center of Neighborhood: Offerors should consider the costs for relocation, telecommunications and tenant improvements. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Streets and public sidewalks should be well maintained. Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy: The space is required on or before March 31, 2003. Term: The lease term will be for ten years, five years firm.
