- Synopsis: This is a SOLE SOURCE fixed-price repair for DUAL METER AMPLIFIER NSN 5826-01-011-8514, P/N 704100-2 applicable to the DF-301E SYSTEM. The intent of this procurement is to issue a Requirements Contract with two one year options. The basic quantity is a BEQ of 6 EA, A one-year option for a BEQ of 6 EA and a second one year option for a BEQ of 6 ea. The approximate solicitation post date is 19 MAY 2002. The buyer is Jason J. The request for solicitation should contain Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Cage code Number, Size of Business pursuant to NAICS code. Sole Source to: INTERANTIONAL ENTERPRISES, INC, CAGE 50218. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
