- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies and services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) RFP number: FQ487722760300 is being issued as a request for proposals. (iii) This solicitation incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. (iv) This requirement is being synopsized as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 332321, small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) Please quote to supply and perform the service as listed: Provide all management, supervision, labor, parts, tools, lodging, material, and equipment necessary to remove old roll-up doors and install two (2) 8? high X 10? wide roll-up chain operated doors. (vi) N/A (vii) Place of performance: Bldg 4531 at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. (ix) Provision 52-212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; quote shall be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (http://www.arnet.gov/far/loadmainre.html) with their offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
