- THIS ANNOUNCEMENT IS TO REOPEN SOLICITATION SP092002RA455 NSN 5985-00-148-8232, WAVEGUIDE, RAYTHEON (2F259) P/N 927318-25B; MICROWAVE ENGINEERING (06351) P/N 927318-2B; ATLANTIC MICROWAVE (28916) P/N 453324; HUGHES (82577) P/N 1248; HUGHES (82577) P/N 927318-2B. FAT IS AN ADDITIONAL RQUIREMENT ON THIS ITEM WITH MICROWAVE ENGINEERING (06351) AND RAYTHEON (2F259) BEING WAIVED FOR 1ST ARTICLE. ACTUAL REQUIREMENT CAN BE FOUND ON SOLICITATION WHEN IT IS ISSUED ON 10/14/02. QUANTITY 360 UNIT OF ISSUED: EACH; DESTINATION: NAS JACKSONVILLE; All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See notes #1 and #26. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. the porposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. While price maybe a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
