- NSN 2530-01-101-5429 Chamber, Air Brake, Stud Mounted. Manufacturer Cage / 06721. P/N 163027. Delivery Schedule: 223 units in 60 Days and 74 units every 30 days after. See numbered note 26. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 18 Oct 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp and will not be available until 15 days after this notice is published in FED BIZ OPS. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This acquisition is for supplies for which the government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract for only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
