- Item Description: ARMOR PLATE, TRANSPARENT. Being bought in accordance with Army (19207) Drawing 12299117-2 and all current related data. Item requires Pre-Approval of source by U.S. Army Tank and Automotive Command. Only current Pre-Approved source is Sierracin /Sylmar Corp . Quantity of 200 Each to be delivered in 100 days to New Cumberland PA (60 Each ) , Tracy CA (70 Each) and Texarkana TX (70 Each ). Solicitation will be available on its issue date of 20 Octy 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp . All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See note 26. If the applicable drawings are not posted at the above website, see Clause L07 Availability of Drawings, on how to obtain the drawing. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors, as described in the solicitation .
