ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT AN OFFER/QUOTE WHICH SHALL BE CONSIDERED. THIS SOLICITATION IS AN RFP AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET A http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issued date of 10/14/02 and closes 10/28/02.
