- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for Dental Services at Frenchburg Job Corps Center which is located in Frenchburg Kentucky. This Request for quotation is designated as a small business setaside. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a Base and 4 option years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel,supplies, materials and other resources necessary to complete the work described. This requirement has been set aside for SMALL BUSINESS.
