Description: The Francis Marion and Sumter National Forests propose to contract for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide counseling and other assistance to approximately 160 employees and 85 Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)enrollees and their families in the following areas of South Carolina: Columbia; Mountain Rest, Greenwood, Edgefield, Whitmire, Union, Moncks Corner and McClellanville. This Request for Quote and contract resulting from this solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Price, Performance Based Service contract for and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for employees of the Francis Marion & Sumter National Forest.
