Description: The Cooperative Vehicle Highway Automation System (CVHAS) pooled fund program, led by the California Department of Transportation and through the assistance of the Federal Highway Administration, is soliciting proposals in key topic areas to advance the knowledge and application for improving transportation efficiency, effectiveness, and safety.
