- NOTICE OF INTENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Richmond, Virginia intend to negotiate a sole source contract with Transonic Systems Inc. to purchase T403-PPP 3 channel Modular Flowmeter w/Probes, 1PRB Flowprobe,1PRS Flowprobe,2PSB flowprobe,5PSB flowprobes and 7PSB flowprobe. No solicitation document will be issued as a result of this synopsis. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All interested vendors must identify their interest in writing and fully document their capabilities to meet the agency requirements by forwarding a detail response by October 25, 2002 by 4:30 p.m. All response must be in writing and can be faxed to 804-675-5588. If no affirmative written response is received by October 25, 2002, negotiations will take place with Transonic Systems Inc.
