This RFP and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The acquisition is full and open competition. Req?t is for: CLIN 0001, 1 each cable assembly set, electrical, NSN: 6150-01-317-141BA, P/N: 17G420529-1 RDD: 31 Mar 03, with 3 annual options (CLINS 1001, 2001 AND 3001) of 2 each. CLIN 0002, 4 each cable assembly set, electrical NSN: 6150-01-317-6847BA, P/N: 17G490509-1, RDD 31 Mar 03, with 3 annual options (CLINS 1002, 2002, and 3002) of 4 each and CLIN 0003, 1 each cable assembly set, electrical NSN: 6150-01-326-4077BA, P/N: 17G440506-1, RDD 31 Mar 03, with 3 annual options (CLIN 1003, 2003 and 3003) of 2 each. The FOB point is origin with prepaid freight. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The quality requirements are ISO9001 or equivalent. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with its offer.
