- Description
- The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC), Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, 07806, has a requirement for research on corrosion prevention and measurment technologies in the Pacific Theatre of Operation(PTO). This will involve a variety of climates and of which the U.S. Army has a large presence in terms of land holdings, facilities, materiel and personnel. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will posted on the TACOM-ARDEC Acquisition Center Website located at http://procnet.pica.army.mil on or about October 18, 2002. The proposed contract is 100 percent set-aside for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Minority Institutions (MIs). See Numbered Note 5.
