- NA This acquisition is for depot level repair technical assistance and training for the AN/FPN 66A Radar Surveillance Central. The effort required will be a five-year, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This acquisition will be a s ole source negotiation with Thales ATM, INC., Shawnee KS. Thales is the sole manufacturer of the subject items and support equipment. The Army does not have the necessary test equipment and proprietary data required to perform depot level repair and techn ical Assistance. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. See note 22.
