- NA The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under RFQ No. DACW61-03-T-0001 for cellular phone service for the Dredge McFarland for a period of one year, from 1 November 2002 through 31 October 2003 with an option to extend service for one additional year. RFQ documents will be furnished only on the website; hard copies will not be available. NO WRITTEN OR FAX REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Award will be made to the offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the Governme nt in terms of service and price, which will be evaluated equally. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available on or about 4 October 2002. Contractors must register on the Internet and download the RFQ package and all possible amendments from the f ollowing address: https://ebs.nap.usace.army.mil on or after the issue date of the RFQ. If any information changes during the advertisement period, contractors are responsible to make changes to their user profile on the Internet. Failure to make changes in their user profile may cause a delay in receiving notice of the RFQ or any amendments. The offer due date is 14 October 2002 by 4:00 p.m. eastern time. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is unrestricted. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 413322 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DoD?s Central Contract Re gister before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
