- This solicitation will be availableat http://ideasec.nbc.gov website on or about 10/18/2002. TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICIATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The National Park Service, Roosevelt-Vanderbilt National Historic Site, is seeking to contract with a qualified company to operate and maintain handicap accessible shuttle bus services for the purpose of transporting visitors (bus needs to carry approximately 22 people) between the Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt and Top Cottage in Hyde Park, NY. This solicitation is for a base year plus four (4) option years and is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 485113. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded to the low, responsible offeror. A single award will be made. Contractors must register on the website in order to retrieve copies of the solicitation and any possible amendments. Instructions are contained on the website for downloading solicitation and attachcments. It is the responsibility of all interested contractors to acknowledge ALL amendments to the solicitation. All qualified, responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the agency.
