Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate and award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed-Price contract with Mass Systems, Baldwin Park, CA 91706, to procure up to 240 Sidewinder Missile Coolant Tanks TMU-72 B/B for Turkey and the UAE. Mass Systems is the sole manufacturer of the Sidewinder Missile Coolant Tank TMU-72 B/B and is the only source that possesses the requisite technical and engineering capability to fulfill this requirement within the required timeframe.
